4.1 ph39 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph39 reserves the right to modify these thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph39 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
4.4 Before processing your first withdrawal, ph39 is required to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer). You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a regulatory requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
4.5 ph39 processes withdrawal requests to GCash typically within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). ph39 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.6 ph39 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.
5.1 ph39 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

9.2 ph39's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
